BaylorIC Worldwide is the brainchild of Cricket Development Officer Ingram Jones. Having taught cricket at schools and clubs in both the UK and Australia, Jones decided that the time was right to launch a brand that would allow his coaching philosophy to flourish. From this decision came the birth of Baylor International Champions Worldwide.
He established Baylor International Champions Worldwide - an organization that seeks to make a difference in the lives of both children and adults by providing sport and educational opportunities through cricket. BaylorIC Worldwide's mission is to "Create Champions on and off the Field."
Ingram has been coaching for over 10 years and his coaching experience spans from working at local cricket clubs, to coaching at Lords and as part of the Middlesex staff, to coaching in private schools to individual coaching and training preparing players to play for county, district and country teams. He has also helped to develop adults who are transitioning into professional coaching.
Ingram who has worked as a District Development Officer and worked in various communities worldwide setting up cricket academies, since 2003, has been leading teams to successful finals in Kwik cricket tournaments to league champions, as well as winning 1 day and 2 day titles with an adult 1st team.
In late 2010 Ingram was announced as a Community Champion after being nominated in a National Initiative run by the Community Channel whom broadcast on SKY in the UK. http://www.ingramjones.com
In 2011 Ingram was featured in a national documentary covering his story and battle with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and how he overcame to become a Champion.
Ingram has always been an avid boxing fan and former boxer qualified as a boxing tutor back in 2010 and has since been involved online doing boxing predictions via You Tube.
Since 2013 Ingram has burst onto the boxing scene with his BaylorIC TV "Inside Story" Interviewing successful public figures and gaining respect among the boxing community. He continues do follow his journalism and is still actively involved in cricket.
